For network marketers, helping fundraising groups to run a successful fundraiser can also create a good source of multi level marketing leads. The group or organization buys a network marketing product... in bulk, at a discount... to sell to their customers.
As the distributor, you get the immediate satisfaction of helping a worthwhile cause to raise money, while introducing your network marketing company (and the network marketing profession) to a large number of people at the same time.
NOTE: It is NOT cool to try to make a big profit selling fundraising products to a fundraising group. This is all about helping the group to make money. Your big gain here is the advertising that it creates for you.
